A delectable addition to the Pump Street bakery series ; a chunky, malty amalgamation of bread pieces and sweet toffee-ish white chocolate made with Samuel von Rutte's Ecuadorian cocoa beans from Hacienda Limon. Bronze winner of the Academy of Chocolate Awards for the flavoured white bar category
Originally an award winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, Pump Street started making chocolate in 2012. Sourcing cacao from growers who ferment and dry the beans at origin, they tailor their roasting, grinding and conching to yield the best tasting chocolate possible.
