Gingerbread Chocolate Spiced Plum / Ginger Root / Molasses

Made with their own freshly baked, gingerbread cookies, this chocolate is spiced with cinnamon and cardamon for a rich, warming winter chocolate. The chocolate itself comes from the Kerta Semaya Samaniya Coop in Bali to give a full flavoured, seasonal chocolate with a toasty finish.

Ingredients - Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, gingerbread (12%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, butter (milk), sugar, eggs, black treacle, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, baking powder, salt).
